Organizational and Financial Independence: WinCity Baseball Academy is a privately owned and operated business. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or governed by any other baseball organization, including WinCity Baseball, a registered nonprofit. There is no financial relationship between WinCity Baseball Academy and WinCity Baseball or any other league or team. Use of Academy services is publicly available and is entirely optional and is not required for participation in any WinCity Baseball team, program, or event. Participation in Academy training has no bearing on team selection, playing time, or player placement within WinCity Baseball. We respect each family’s right to choose training options that best meet their needs. Although one of WinCity Baseball’s volunteer directors also operates the Academy, he receives no compensation from WinCity Baseball and is recused from any decisions involving potential conflicts of interest. WinCity Baseball maintains conflict-of-interest policies consistent with IRS guidelines to ensure compliance with rules prohibiting private benefit and inurement.
Limitation of Liability: WinCity Baseball Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to this site and is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from website availability or use.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: By participating in any activity, training, or lesson offered by WinCity Baseball Academy, all participants (or their legal guardians) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with baseball and athletic training. WinCity Baseball Academy expressly disclaims all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence. All participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, and agree to release and hold harmless WinCity Baseball Academy, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all liability.
Medical Authorization: WinCity Baseball Academy assumes that all participants are physically able to engage in baseball-related activities. By registering, participants (or their legal guardians) authorize Academy staff to administer basic first aid or, in the case of emergency, to seek appropriate medical assistance.
Conduct & Participation Policy: Participants and guardians agree to abide by all facility rules and instructor guidance. WinCity Baseball Academy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate lessons, or remove any individual from participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at the discretion of the instructor.
Media Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants grant permission for photos or video taken during training to be used by WinCity Baseball Academy for promotional or educational purposes.
Privacy Policy: We collect only the personal information necessary to manage communication, scheduling, and payments. Your information is never sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. All data submitted through this website is used solely for internal operations and team-related communication.
Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of WinCity Baseball Academy unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
